You can only ever join ANZ Staff Super as a current ANZ employee or a current partner of an ANZ Staff Super member. Once you’ve joined though, you and your partner can remain members of the fund even if you leave ANZ.

We are a staff benefit, designed for our members and run entirely for your benefit. For those eligible to join2 we are high on value and low on fees. We offer members:

  • A super staff benefit — being a staff benefit means we can offer the best-value life insurance3 of any super fund in Australia as well as very low fees and costs4. Less in fees means more in your super account and more for your future — that’s a staff benefit that really adds up. For example total annual fees and costs of 2% of your account balance rather than 1% could reduce your final return by up to 20% over a 30-year period, for example, reducing your account balance from $1,000,000 to $800,0005
  • Strong, long-term investment performance
  • Financial advice at no extra cost for key aspects of your super
  • Partner membership — current partners of ANZ Staff Super members can also join the fund
  • Membership for life — you and your partner can stay with us when you change jobs and/or retire

How to join ANZ Staff Super

New ANZ employee:

To join ANZ Staff Super as a new employee simply select ANZ Fund in the onboarding portal or advise ANZ Payroll during your onboarding. You do not need to complete further documentation if you select this option if you are a Permanent or Fixed Term employee.

Existing Permanent or Fixed Term employee of ANZ in Australia:

  1. Go to the Max Intranet and select PeopleHub 
  2. Search for Superannuation/KiwiSaver request and choose Request type Standard Choice
  3. Complete details and request all future superannuation contributions to be paid to My employer’s superannuation fund

You do not need to complete an application form and an account will automatically be created for you.
