Glenn Julian Phillips

Financial security is a vital part of our lives, and an important element is a strong superannuation scheme. From asset accumulation to retirement savings, financial stability needs to be managed with a focus on governance, risk, investment returns and members’ best financial interests. As a current Director of the ANZ Staff Fund and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors I have the skills and experience to focus on Members’ best financial interests and add value to the oversight of our fund. My knowledge and enthusiasm positions me ideally to fill this role and I appreciate your support.

Sheng Gan

As members, we expect more from our super fund: strong investment returns, low fees, transition-to-retirement support, and secured, improved digital experiences.

I’m proud to have been your Member Representative Director at ANZ Staff Super since 2024. In this time, the fund has launched a new app, a refreshed retirement calculator, and made opportunistic new investments to strengthen long-term, risk-adjusted returns.

With over 15 years' experience with ANZ Institutional - analysing financials and managing a large credit portfolio - I bring the critical skillset in investment oversight, risk management and strategy to advocate for better outcomes for your super.

Krishnan Rangaswamy

I welcome this opportunity to serve as as a Member Representative Director & advocate for positive outcomes of ANZ Staff Super members & safeguard Investments.

I intend to actively contribute to the Board, ensuring sound management and compliance to regulatory requirements.

With over 30 years of experience in risk & strategy roles (during GFC & Covid) across Australia, Asia & New Zealand I bring expertise in governance frameworks, regulatory engagement (APRA & Asia), business transformation & strategy.

I served on the Board of Early Learning Association Australia for 9 years & was acknowledged for my integrity, prudence & commercial acumen.

Vidya Bittianda

Superannuation is the foundation of our futures. I am seeking election because I care deeply about ensuring our futures are secure and dignified.

I bring deep, technical expertise to the Board to navigate the current challenges facing the super system — increased regulatory oversight, volatility and a wave of retirements that will test its strength.

My hands-on Board experience sets me apart. “Lived” Board governance experience isn’t just beneficial — it is essential. With regulators requiring Board directors to dedicate sufficient time, no longer working full-time I have the time, experience, expertise, and commitment to serve effectively.

Our Future, My Priority.
