Time to vote for your two preferred candidates. Voting opens Friday, 16 May 2025 and closes 4:00pm AEST Friday 30 May 2025.

A fantastic response

We had a fantastic response to our call for nominations to fill two Member Representative Director positions on the ANZ Staff Super Trustee Board.

In particular, the Trustee Board encouraged candidates who have an understanding of super and expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Member (or Customer) Experience
  • Investments
  • Risk management
  • Cyber Security/IT

Simply review the Candidates’ statements and then vote for your preferred Candidates via the Voting page .

Key dates

  • Members are invited to vote for candidates from 16 May 2025 to 30 May 2025 4:00pm AEST.
  • The two candidates with the highest number of votes when the election closes at 4:00pm AEST Friday 30 May 2025, will be declared elected.
  • Elected Directors will commence their term from 1 July 2025, for up to four years.

  • Voting will take place between 16 May 2025 and 30 May 2025 and the successful candidates will hold office from 1 July 2025, for up to four years.
  • Once you have checked your preferred candidate(s), you can submit your vote once. Attempts to cast subsequent votes will not be permitted

This election is for two (2) Member Representative Directors. The two candidates with the highest number of votes when the election closes at 4:00pm AEST Friday 30 May 2025, will be declared elected and will serve for a term of up to four years commencing 1 July 2025.1

In the event of a tie, the successful candidate will be determined by the Returning Officer by lot. If a Member Representative Director position becomes vacant between elections, the vacancy is filled for the balance of the term by the candidate with the next highest number of votes at the preceding election. Eligible candidates have been nominated and their position on the Ballot page was determined by lot by the Returning Officer.
